Our story
Transit Document is the Common Transit arm of PCSL — a long-established UK customs operator based at Dairy Court in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. After years of seeing hauliers, freight forwarders and shippers struggle to find a transit desk that actually picks up the phone, we built a service that does only transit and does it properly.
Every consultant on our desk is trained on NCTS Phase 5, Common Transit Convention rules and the quirks of individual Offices of Departure, Transit and Destination across the UK and EU. We handle the paperwork and the awkward edge cases: split loads, route changes, swapped trailers, guarantee top-ups and stuck MRNs.
Because we work bilingually in English and Turkish, we sit naturally between UK brokers and Turkish hauliers running GB–EU lanes. Clients tell us this is what finally made transit predictable: one team, two languages, 24/7 cover, no grey areas.
