Transit Document takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect and use your data in the context of our transit declaration and NCTS services.

Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, company details and message via our contact form. When preparing transit declarations, we process the cargo, carrier, and commercial document data required by HMRC and the NCTS system.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your T1/T2 transit declarations, and submit them via NCTS. It is not shared with third parties other than as required by law (HMRC, customs authorities).

Retention Period

In accordance with customs legislation, transit declaration records are retained for a minimum of 4 years. Contact form submissions are deleted a reasonable period after the enquiry is closed.
